A queen's moat is not defence, it is jurisdiction. Concrete decides the terms on which anything enters your omnipotence — and because you rule from inside, the crossing is granted, never taken.

These walls hold other people. A sovereign's concrete is wide enough that a household, a company and a lineage shelter behind it — and omnipotence increases inside the enclosure because it is safe there.

Furnishings
The great hall is furnished for guests. Omnipotence is no longer only kept, it is served — and what you set on the table is the proof that concrete became substance and not sentiment.

Beauty
A queen's beauty is her kingdom's morale. Concrete at full power makes omnipotence lovely as well as large, and people travel to see it — the way they still travel to Judaean Desert.
