Governed by conscience — the knowing-with that will not let her call a thing good when she has seen otherwise.

Watchful — full of care. She guards what she is and what she is becoming.

Whole — both sides accounted for, nothing left out and nothing left over.

Ex ducere — to draw out and lead out. She leads the truth out of the two sides.

To draw out from — to require and take the precise thing, with nothing lost.

The last things — the finished ends of everything she began. What she increases now are endings she is not afraid of.
