The inverse of The Law of the Passion. Not a punishment — an absence. If you do not know a law exists, you do not break it; you live underneath it, and the increase it carried never arrives.
Potential lost
Without Passion you are protected. Indifference is the cheapest insurance available and it voids the whole policy — nothing can reach you, including the thing you were made for.
The potential lost is the cause with your name on it, and the people who would have been carried by your caring.
What quietly does not happen
