Ledger

The Two Sides Sheet

Take one live decision. Rule a page down the middle and write both sides in full — no shortcuts on the side you dislike.

You cannot understand a plus until you understand an opposite. Equate first, decide later.

Instrument

The Coin Flip

Name a thing you call good. Write its shadow. Name a thing you call bad. Write its use.

Every stick has two ends. She learns to hold the whole stick.

Practice

The Conscience Read

Three quiet minutes: ask what you already know and have been talking yourself out of. Write the first line only.

Conscientia is a knowing-with. Recognising truth is the first work of this day.

Practice

The Watch

Name one thing you are becoming that you have not been guarding, and set the guard today.

Careful means watchful. Whatever she does not keep care over grows up as her opposite.

Table

The Truth and Error Column

List five things you have been told about your work. Mark each true, false, or half — and say which half.

Educate is ex ducere, to lead out. Lead the truth out of the two sides.

Instrument

The Exact Ask

Write one request with the precise amount, date and terms in it, and send it today.

Exact is to draw out from. Vague asks return vague amounts.

Ledger

The Omega List

Write every matter you began and left open. Choose one and finish it completely before the day closes.

Omegas are what she increases now — endings she is no longer afraid of.

Word

The Word Study

Conscientious · Equate · Opposites — through Careful · Educate · Opposite into Complete · Exact · Omegas.

Study the words and you can wield them.
