Tools of the parameter — an IN day. Nothing is shipped today; the brackets get set. Every tool here moves you from contained to constituted to conductive, widening the circumference with skill, acumen and authority while everything keeps drinking from ONE origin.

Write today's work inside two brackets: the floor you will not go below and the ceiling you will not go past — in hours, in price, in scope, in access.
A parameter is a boundary you WANT. Inside it a thing can be measured, priced and protected.
Five rows — skill, skillset, talent, acumen, authority. For each, name where the bracket sits now and the one move that widens it this month.
You stay within the bounds and then increase the circumference. Growth is the bracket moving outward, not the bracket breaking.
Name the ONE origin you draw from — the source, the spirit of truth — and draw from it on paper before you work: ten minutes, pen moving.
To elicit is to draw out, not to manufacture. One source that flows and feeds does not run dry from being used.
Write three questions that draw out what someone already has, and ask them today — of a client, a child, a partner, yourself.
She lures it into the open rather than forcing it. The answer was in the well the whole time.
One page that constitutes the thing: its name, what it is, who it serves, its parts, its rules, and who decides.
Constituted means made into a thing with standing. A business that is only in your head cannot hold or give anything.
Hand one real decision to one person today, in writing, with the scope and the budget attached.
What is constituted gives back. Empowering is tools, permission and decision handed over together — not more work.
List what has come out of you — the business, the products, the people trained, the children, the rooms built — and one duty owed to each.
The organisation is offspring: an heir by right and by duty. Heirs are raised, not just launched.
Find today's resistance — the place the flow is blocked — and remove one thing so the current passes through you instead of stopping in you.
Conductive carries with little loss. Leading is conducting: taking what flows and passing it on clean.
Put life into three things: one person, one room, one part of the work. Say it, fix it, fund it — out loud and today.
To energize is to give current, not pressure. She quickens what she has built instead of driving it.
Draw one mountain and the streams leaving it. Name every source of supply you have — income, referral, skill, relationship — and mark the next stream to open.
Increase is measured in origins, not sales. Many streams, one mountain.
