The Law of Pursuit is your law
Every woman walks all thirty laws. But the law that falls on the day of your birth is your particular one — the one you were handed early, the one you will teach best, and the one that will keep asking for you until you master it.

Your birthday jewel
Sodalite
The scholar's stone — deep blue crossed with white veins, the mind following a thread.
All about Sodalite →How it lands on you
This is the scholar day. Pursuit is not chasing — chasing is panic with a direction. Pursuit is study in motion: she follows a thing until it gives up what it knows.
She begins curious. She explores, and what she has to work with is an operation — one working thing, one process she can put her hands on. Curiosity without an operation is only wondering.
The Architect goes from curious to clever. She experiments — she runs the thing on purpose to see what it does — and she becomes an operator: of the business, of the word, of whatever is in her hands. This is the deepening from wondering about a thing to working a thing.
The Sovereign lands on canny. She is not merely curious, not merely clever; she uses her cleverness until it becomes knowing. And she explains. That is the turn of this whole law: learner, then teacher, then learner again — because you cannot explain a thing without discovering what you still do not know. What she increases is operations. Not one process, but many, running.

Said on your birthday
“I am curious becoming clever becoming canny. I explore, I experiment, I explain — and my operations run.”
