The Law of Passion is your law

Every woman walks all thirty laws. But the law that falls on the day of your birth is your particular one — the one you were handed early, the one you will teach best, and the one that will keep asking for you until you master it.

How it lands on you

Day Twenty-Four is an OUT day. Yesterday she came in and learned that everything level has two sides. Today she goes back out, and what she carries out is passion — not heat, not appetite, but the old sense of the word: to suffer with, to feel for, to be moved on behalf of another. Passion is what compassion is made of.

The Adventure CEO becomes compassionate. How she executes it is to ease. That is the whole test of the day: if it is not easing, it is not compassionate. A woman may feel a great deal and ease nothing — that is sentiment, not passion. Compassion lands. It lightens a load, shortens a wait, softens a cost, makes a hard thing possible. And what she has to work with is an offering — something already in her hand, whether it came from someone else, from her own labour, or from God. She did not have to invent it. She was given it, and she may hand it on.

Then she goes deeper, into the harder shoes. The Architect becomes caring — she does not merely feel with, she takes charge of. And she no longer only eases; she entreats. One who cares will entreat another: she asks, she pleads, she goes and speaks for the person who cannot speak for herself yet. Easing is the hand; entreating is the voice.

And here is the turn of the day: what she is, in the Architect place, is the offer. Not the offering in her hand — the offer itself. She is what is on the table. Jesus was both the offer and the offering, and a woman learns the difference the day she stops presenting a product and realises she is what is being received. There is a real distinction between having an offering and being an offer.

In the Sovereign she becomes charitable — caritas, love given as a way of being rather than a gesture. What she does is empathize: not just feel with, not just plead for, but enter in and read from inside. The business itself does this now; the house eases, entreats and empathizes without her having to stand in every room.

And what she increases are offerings — plural. This is where the day adds upon Day Twenty-Two. There the outlay went out, laid down as patronage. Here, in the Fibonacci sum of the twenty-fourth day, the outlay comes back as offerings: many, in many hands, from many directions. Compassionate becomes caring becomes charitable. She eases, she entreats, she empathizes. And the one offering she was handed multiplies into offerings she can lay out again.

Said on your birthday

I am compassionate becoming caring becoming charitable. I ease, I entreat, and I empathize — and one offering becomes offerings in my hands.
