How the stone came to be
Clear Quartz is the most abundant crystal on earth and still the one every tradition kept. Its six-sided points grow toward a single termination, and its structure is so orderly that we use it to keep time: a slice of quartz under current vibrates at an exact rate, which is why it sits inside watches, radios and clocks.
It carries no color because it carries almost nothing else — pure silicon dioxide. Its worth is transparency. Light does not stop in it; light passes through it and comes out on the other side split into rainbows.
That is the whole lesson of Potential. It is not full. It is clean. A clean vessel is worth more than a decorated one, because everything can still be poured into it — and everything poured in comes out brighter.
