Practice

The Exchange, Not the Expression

In every conversation today, give one thing and ask for one thing back before you leave.

Expression only empties you. Exchange is the execution of this law — a receiver and a giver, both edified.

Ledger

The Osmosis Page

Two columns: what passed into you today, and what passed out. Note which one was higher.

Osmosis always moves toward the higher balance. If nothing higher crossed, it was talk, not passage.

Word

The Orator's Line

Say aloud, in common words, what your business is for. Then check what your clothes, your purse and your room are saying.

Every woman needs to speak, and everything she carries speaks with her. All of it should say the same thing.

Instrument

The Edify Card

Name one woman. Teach her one thing you know; let her teach you one. Write both down.

Edify is the master word of the day — to build. It is the only exchange that leaves both women larger.

Table

The Oneness Check

Lay the whole over the parts — woman, household, business — and mark where they are not speaking as one.

Colloquial means common language. Oneness is agreement between the whole and the parts.
