Two lines each evening: what you enjoyed today, and what you are still pursuing.
Content holds both. If the first line is empty it is grinding; if the second is empty it is settling.
Do one thing today that makes you uncomfortable, chosen while you are calm.
You get comfortable in order to experience discomfort. That is the paradox of the Architect's day.
One column: who or what you are excusing. One column: what stops being owed once you do.
To excuse is to wipe clean — I'm okay, you're okay. Clement is mercy exercised on purpose.
Keep three prospects visible at once — three horizons, not one hope.
Outlooks are plural in the Sovereign layer. More ways for increase to arrive means no single opening can hold you hostage.
