The Adventure CEO is cheerful, and her execution is to expect: not to wait, but to move the thing forward with expectation. What she has to work with is optimism — the White Sword, a bright blade that conquers. The Architect becomes cheery, cheerful by definition rather than by effort, and her execution rises from expecting to enthusing: to breathe spirit into a thing until others can feel it. Simply by stepping into that layer she becomes an optimist, wielding the same White Sword with a house behind it. The Sovereign becomes companionate — a perfect companion to her friends, to herself, to God, to the King — and her execution is to enliven: she gives life to what she touches. What she increases moves from optimism, to being an optimist, to optimums: the most favourable conditions, made on purpose, plural.
