Tools of the plan — an IN day, and the floor of all thirty. Nothing is spent, shown or sold today; it is drawn. Every tool here takes you from created to creatable to creative, and leaves the blueprint on one page that the other twenty-nine days will stand on.

Write the whole plan on a single page: what it is, who it is for, what it costs, what it makes, and the first three moves.
If it does not fit on one page it is not a plan yet. Everything falls under this page and stays under it.
List what already exists — skills, rooms, relationships, money, hours, half-finished things. Nothing aspirational.
You are created and so is what you carry. Build to the design that is already there before inventing a new one.
Two columns. Left: what you have been calling impossible. Right: the makeable first step, in hours and dollars.
Creatable means makeable — it is reachable, it is in the bag. A thing stops being a dream the moment its first step is measurable.
Name the one thing that must simply keep going this month, and the minimum that keeps it alive. Protect only that.
To exist is to stand out and hold your own head above water. Presence before excellence.
Add one unit each day — one page, one call, one deposit, one invitation — and log what it multiplied by week's end.
One added to anything and then multiplied always increases. This is the arithmetic of every moment you create.
Draw your business as a body: what brings food in, what circulates it, what protects it, what reproduces it. Mark the starved part.
An organism is fed, not merely operated. Excellence comes from a living structure, not bolted-on parts.
Take one existing offer, page or habit and raise it one level today — price, quality, wording or care. Do not replace it.
To exalt is to lift up. Everything can be ascended and increased where it already stands.
Write the law you have been arguing with — money, time, sowing, rest — and one line on how you will work with it this week.
Obeisance is not obedience. It is the bow of a woman who has understood how a thing is made and adheres to it.
