The thirty Laws are scientific
Each law rests on a true principle — mathematical, physical, observable. Sequence, compounding, leverage, entropy, resonance, proportion. You do not have to believe them for them to work; you only have to run them.

Every woman who has ever increased did the same arithmetic: inputs, order, repetition, time. Change one variable and the sum changes. The Laws are the variables written down so you can solve for them on purpose instead of by accident.

The increase formula
Day n = Day n−1 + Day n−2
Today does not stand alone and it does not start over. It carries its own weight plus the two days behind it — the attribute you became and the execution you practised. That is why the early days feel small and the later days feel impossible to stop: the same one unit a day, added lawfully, becomes a kingdom-sized number by the end of the thirty.
