The stone read as the word

Heliodor is emerald's and aquamarine's own sister — the same beryl lattice, coloured by iron instead of chromium. It is famously clean, which is why cutters give it long open facets: there is little inside to hide, so the light goes straight through and comes back yellow.

Cheery is the architect's version of joy: designed in. Clarity plus warm colour equals a stone that cannot help looking like morning.
